Asset-based financing
Asset-based lenders are often more flexible than providers of conventional business loans based on cash flow. We work with lenders who use accounts receivable, inventory, equipment and real estate to determine the amount they are willing to lend. Our law firm has been successful in matching commercial borrowers with lenders who tailor their loans to suit the exact circumstances of the client. This gives clients more liquidity and consistent cash flow. It also gives borrowers without a significant credit history the ability to obtain the financing they need to thrive and expand.
Our clients
Much of our lending work involves commercial real estate. However, we can structure a loan secured by any type of asset. We undertake long-term and short-term hard money loans for foreclosure bailouts, business expansion and financial crisis. We have obtained loan packages ranging from $500,000 to $90 million. We help real estate developers, restaurants, retail operations and construction companies in obtaining the financing they need to succeed.
If a bank turns you down, come to us
We are experienced providers of bridge loans, allowing clients to build up the assets they need to secure a longer-term loan. We have established relationships with all types of commercial lenders, including banks, mortgage lenders, life insurance companies and private equity lenders. Because of our extensive network of lenders, we can find a source of funding for your business even if you are initially turned down. Our separately owned financing arm, WAD Capital LLC, undertakes its own loan transactions as well as using the resources of our financing partners.
Handling the details of the loan transaction for you
In addition to obtaining a source of financing for your business, our law firm undertakes all the needed paperwork to conclude the transaction quickly. We arrange for appraisals, site inspection, title inspection and reporting, and closing documents. We handle all the details so that you can focus on running the business.
